Hygienalia Madrid 2025 Nearly Sold Out with Almost 90% of Exhibition Space Already Reserved

The professional cleaning and hygiene trade show is maintaining its ‘Early Booking’ promotion until May 31 and expects to fill its entire exhibition area more than seven months ahead of the event

Hygienalia will once again feature its specialized demonstration area ‘Robot Line’, which will join the ‘Shine Line’ polishing space, the eco-friendly ‘Green Line’, and the innovation-focused ‘Red Line’.

Valencia, April 3, 2025 – Hygienalia is on a steady path toward another successful edition. The leading trade fair in Spain for the professional cleaning and hygiene industry has already secured 90% of its planned exhibition space for its upcoming edition, to be held from November 4 to 6 at IFEMA Madrid. This means the fair expects to occupy 10,000 square meters of gross exhibition space, nearly filling Hall 3 of IFEMA—one of the venue’s largest halls—highlighting the strength of an event now reaching its seventh edition.

In addition, Hygienalia will continue to incentivize participation from both national and international key industry players through initiatives like the ‘Early Booking’ program, which allows exhibitors to benefit from lower participation costs compared to the official rates.

To that end, the show has set May 31 as the final date for this promotion, and encourages companies considering participating in the Feria Valencia event to reserve their space as soon as possible before the limited remaining space is fully booked.

‘Robot Line’ Returns Alongside ‘Red Line’, ‘Shine Line’, and ‘Green Line’

Meanwhile, Hygienalia has also begun preparations for its side activities, which enhance the professional visitor experience and add value to the trade show. Among the highlights is the return of the ‘Robot Line’ area, following its debut in the 2023 edition. This space will showcase the latest innovations in industrial cleaning robots, with live demonstrations by exhibitors on a dedicated vinyl-floored area, complementing an adjacent exhibition zone featuring cutting-edge products from companies in the robotics segment.

Moreover, the popular ‘Shine Line’ demonstration zone will also return, offering a dedicated space for specialized floor treatments. In this area, leading companies in the field will conduct live crystallization demonstrations on various floor surfaces, providing explanations and displaying the results. Adjacent to this, each company will have a dedicated stand to exhibit their crystallization machines and/or liquids.

Sustainability will again take center stage at Hygienalia, reflecting the event’s and its exhibitors’ ongoing commitment to developing increasingly eco-friendly products and services. The 2025 edition will once again feature the ‘Green Line’ walkway, enabling companies to showcase their greenest solutions in a prominent and accessible manner.

Innovation will be highlighted in the ‘Red Line’ area, which will also return to Hall 3 at IFEMA. This zone gives exhibitors the opportunity to spotlight their most innovative products and underscore the value of their participation in the trade show. These solutions stand out for their high level of innovation in applying new approaches to industrial cleaning and hygiene.

Sector Strength

Hygienalia serves as a key meeting point for the various industrial segments that make up Spain’s professional cleaning and hygiene sector. The event, organized by Feria Valencia, is supported by the national cleaning products association (ASFEL) and the Spanish Association of Manufacturers and Importers of Industrial Cleaning Machinery (AEFIMIL), with ASFEL’s Juan Carlos Cebriá serving as Committee President and AEFIMIL’s Antonio Albesa also on the committee. Additional backing comes from the multisectoral association ARVET, as well as public organizations such as ICEX and IVACE + i Internacional.
