Hygienalia 2025 strengthens its sustainable commitment with the ‘Green Line’ innovations runway

The innovations are moving towards sustainable professional cleaning, with solutions that prioritize waste reduction, circular economy, the use of recycled materials, and energy efficiency, without compromising hygiene and disinfection effectiveness.

Hygienalia, organized by Feria Valencia, will take place from November 4 to 6 in Hall 3 of Ifema Madrid.

València, October 14, 2025 – Hygienalia is finalizing preparations for an imminent edition. The only professional trade fair for the industrial cleaning and hygiene sector in Spain will hold its next edition from November 4 to 6 in Hall 3 of Ifema Madrid, featuring a wide showcase of innovations and reinforcing its commitment, particularly to sustainability.

In this regard, once again, Hygienalia has launched its ‘Green Line’ space, which stands out as one of the main pillars of the event by offering a selection of the most environmentally friendly solutions at the fair through its exhibitors’ offerings. Participating companies in the ‘Green Line’ present a range of products and services aimed at reducing environmental impact, using recycled materials, and improving resource efficiency, reaffirming the sector’s sustainable focus.

These solutions are characterized by reducing waste and plastic packaging through refillable, concentrated, or reusable formats; using recycled or natural raw materials to minimize the ecological footprint; and offering certified products that guarantee their sustainability, among other features.

Detergents developed by CSIC

For example, the company Nativum presents Nativum Water, an on-site generated cleaning solution that is completely eco-friendly, capable of cleaning, disinfecting, and degreasing without using traditional chemicals. This system achieves effectiveness significantly higher than bleach, eliminating bacteria, viruses, and bad odors while ensuring safety for users and the environment. Its innovative approach targets sectors such as hospitality and catering, where high cleaning standards are required with low environmental impact and reduced chemical waste.

Prominent Chemical, for its part, stands out with its ‘Progreen’ line, which includes detergents, ultra-concentrated disinfectants, and specific products such as rust removers, anti-slip floor treatments, and neutral cleaners. All products meet EU Ecolabel certification, are formulated to minimize waste, water, and energy consumption, and offer high performance in professional cleaning.

The company Clar Systems brings innovation in dispensing with a refillable liquid soap dispenser made from post-consumer recycled plastic (SAN and ABS PCR). Additionally, it incorporates an anti-static additive that helps repel dust, reducing the frequency of additional cleanings and promoting more efficient resource use.

SanisGroup focuses on eco-friendly washing solutions with SanisWash, a powdered detergent with active oxygen, developed in collaboration with CSIC, designed for cleaning sportswear and technical fabrics. Its formula provides deep cleaning and long-lasting freshness, reducing the need for additional chemical products and combining professional performance with lower environmental impact. The reusable packaging reinforces the sustainable approach of the solution.

Recycling and circular economy

In the ‘Green Line’ area, visitors can also see innovations from Lucart Clean & Soap, which offers products made with Fiberpack®, a recycled material derived from beverage cartons, transforming waste into toilet paper, towels, and napkins. All products are Climate Neutral and carry certifications such as EU Ecolabel, FSC® Recycled, and Cradle to Cradle®, ensuring an environmentally friendly lifecycle. Furthermore, the packaging is plastic-free, emphasizing the circular economy and waste reduction while maintaining professional functionality and quality.

Interval focuses on sustainability in waste management with a range of bags in different colors (black, white, green, blue, and yellow), made from 100% recycled and recyclable material, facilitating selective collection and reducing virgin plastic use.

Additionally, Lytec introduces sustainable solutions in cleaning equipment, including silent vacuum cleaners, compact carts for tight spaces, and buckets made from recycled material. These products combine ergonomics, efficiency, and sustainability, optimizing resource use and facilitating cleaning in professional environments with an eco-friendly approach.

Finally, Cleanpill by Orache stands out for its innovation in refill cleaning tablets for multiple surfaces, kitchen degreasing, bathroom limescale cleaning, and pet urine disinfection. The tablets are formulated with natural ingredients, such as soda crystals and citric acid, eliminating the need for traditional liquid packaging.

Hygienalia 2025’s Green Line area is complemented by thematic zones ‘Red Line’, characterized by the innovation of selected products, and ‘Robot Line’, a new area dedicated to industrial cleaning robot demonstrations and innovations.
