The professional event for the cleaning and hygiene industry will once again bring together in the ‘Robot Line’ area a selection of the latest proposals in robotics and automation for the maintenance and cleaning of both ground and aerial facilities.
València, 22 octubre 2025.- The next edition of Hygienalia 2025, to be held from November 4 to 6 in Hall 3 of IFEMA Madrid, will once again showcase the most advanced technologies in professional cleaning and hygiene. Among the most anticipated spaces is the Robot Line area, returning after its successful debut in the last edition. It is conceived as a space dedicated to robotics and automation in facility maintenance, where several companies will present their latest developments in autonomous cleaning equipment and offer live demonstrations during the three days of the fair.
Among the highlights will be CenoBots, showcasing a complete range of autonomous cleaning robots equipped with artificial intelligence and 3D laser navigation. Its L4 model stands out for its compact size and ability to operate continuously in confined spaces, thanks to its automatic charging and emptying station. The L50, in turn, is designed for large surfaces while maintaining the same navigation precision and autonomy. The SP50 will also be on display, a sweeper-vacuum capable of working on both hard floors and carpets, featuring ‘Spot Cleaning’ technology that significantly enhances operational efficiency.
Vister Drones will bring an innovative perspective by combining ground and aerial robotic cleaning. It will present RONY, an autonomous solar panel cleaning rover offering high performance—up to 800 m² per hour—in an ultra-light format weighing only 7 kg. Alongside it, the ARES drone will showcase the possibilities of aerial cleaning and disinfestation, with C5 and C6 certifications allowing both tethered flight for spraying and free flight for fumigation and high-altitude maintenance tasks.
From Darlim, a distributor of technological solutions for professional cleaning, the Gausium Scrubber 50 and Gausium Phantas robots will be presented. Both combine scrubbing, vacuuming, and drying in a single pass, integrating 3D laser navigation and smart sensors that map the environment to optimize routes and avoid obstacles. The Scrubber 50 model is aimed at large, high-demand spaces, while Phantas offers greater versatility and a compact design that adapts to commercial and medium-traffic environments.
Completing the lineup, Bhior will present its B750-Robotic scrubbing robot, a fully autonomous unit that can operate without an internet connection, ideal for sensitive environments. This model features roller brushes with debris collection, scrubbing, and vacuuming in a single pass, along with a service station that automatically handles recharging, clean water refilling, and dirty water disposal. In addition, the brand will showcase the B1060S, a “3-in-1” industrial scrubber that sweeps, scrubs, and dries simultaneously, delivering performance of up to 6,160 m²/h and a robust structure designed for intensive use.
Demonstration Program
The event will also feature a live demonstration program in the Robot Line area, allowing attendees to see all these innovations in action. The sessions will start on Tuesday, November 4, with CenoBots at 10:30 a.m., followed by Vister Drones (11:15 a.m.), Darlim with its two robots (12:00 p.m. and 12:45 p.m.), a second Vister demonstration (3:30 p.m.), and the day’s closing with Bhior (4:15 p.m.).
On Wednesday, November 5, the full sequence of demonstrations will be repeated, giving visitors more opportunities to witness each robot in operation. Finally, on Thursday, November 6, demonstrations will run from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., featuring sessions by Vister Drones, CenoBots, Bhior, and Darlim, which will close the program with a presentation of its two Gausium models.
With this schedule of demonstrations and a catalog of cutting-edge technologies, the Robot Line area at Hygienalia 2025 consolidates itself as the main showcase to discover how artificial intelligence, robotics, and automation are transforming professional cleaning—bringing efficiency, sustainability, and precision to a sector undergoing full technological evolution.
About Hygienalia
Hygienalia is the largest event in the Iberian Peninsula for the professional cleaning, hygiene, and laundry industries. It brings together manufacturers, distributors, and professionals every two years, serving as the meeting point for the various industrial segments that make up the professional cleaning and hygiene sector in Spain. The event, organized by Feria Valencia, is supported by the cleaning products association (ASFEL) and the Spanish Association of Manufacturers and Importers of Industrial Cleaning Machinery (AEFIMIL), with Juan Carlos Cebriá (ASFEL) as president of the Committee and Antonio Albesa (AEFIMIL) as a member. It also receives backing from the multisectoral association ARVET and institutions such as ICEX and IVACE + i Internacional. Its last edition brought together over 6,500 professional visitors.
