With more than 2,000 professionals having registered already, visitor numbers are expected to exceed last year’s.
The most extensive programme of talks in the history of the fair so far includes speakers from almost all of the industry’s trade associations.
With two months still to go before the fourth edition of the fair opens its doors Hygienalla+Pulire is looking set to consolidate its position as one of the major events for the professional cleaning trade in the Iberian Peninsula.
This fourth edition of the fair, which takes place in Madrid from 24th to 26th November this year, will bring professionals together from an industry that, following several years as a market in its own right, has high expectations that it will give the professional cleaning sector a major boost.
More than 120 companies are exhibiting, showing their latest new products to a heterogeneous set of visitors raging from providers of cleaning services to different kinds of end users, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, sports centres and public bodies, as well as specialist distributors.
The promotion campaign launched recently through the trade press and a carefully crafted online communications plan have generated a huge response in just a few weeks, with 2,000 professionals having registered to visit the fair already.
Extensive programme of talks and presentations
In line with their commitment to give the fair a high value educational and information-led content, the organizers of Hygienalia+Pulire have drawn up a programme of talks and presentations that is sure to be the most extensive of those it has put together thus far.
With the support and assistance of the industry’s main trade Associations and Federations (ADELMA, ASFEL, ASPEL, AFELIN, ASCEN…) and some of the leading trade publishers (E&I, ITEL, INFOEDITA, ONE DROP…) Hygenalia+Pulire will be tackling all the hot issues that are of most interest to those attending the fair.
The Spanish Institute for Overseas Trade, ICEX, is playing a special role, organizing two fascinating sessions in conjunction with trade association ASFEL, the promoter of Hygenalia+Pulire, that will broach issues relating to the industry’s expansion in international markets.
These issues include:
- The optimum value of contracting out cleaning
- An analysis of the professional cleaning industry in Spain and in Europe
- How to tackle the new challenges involved in implementing the biocide regulations
- The three basic premises of professional excellence in the cleaning industry: to grow, to believe, to create
- Innovation as key to the future of cleaning and hygiene
- Strategies for growth for cleaning companies
- Good practices in the laundry. The importance of processing cloths and mops correctly.
- The UNE 100030: 2017 standard on Legionella in sports centres
- Cleaning cooling ducts in sports centres
- Technical cleaning of swimming pools
National window cleaning competition
Once again, Hygienalia+Pulire will be hosting the national window cleaning competition, which is supported by AFELIN and meticulously organized by ASCEN. It is expected that more than 30 professionals will battle it out in front of a jury of high-profile experts in the hope of winning the title of national champion. The contest takes place on the afternoon of 14th November and, as previously, will be widely covered in the media.
Organized jointly by Feria Valencia, Business Events and AFIDAMP Servizi, in collaboration with ASFEL as Promoter, Hygienalia+Pulire is Spain’s leading fair for the industry. 120 exhibitors took part in the last edition, which drew 5,000 trade visitors, 58% of whom were retailers of cleaning products or providers of cleaning services, whilst 42% were end customers from industrial sectors, the restaurant and catering trade, public bodies etc.
